First, I’d recommend Introduction to Biblical Interpretation by Klein, Blomberg, and Hubbard. It’s a bit dense, so don’t go to this one unless you’ve already ready the next two. It’s not for beginners, but I highly recommend it. Go for the newest edition.
Second, try Playing With Fire: How the Bible Ignites Change in Your Soul by Walt Russell.
After that, I’d go for How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth by Fee and Stewart.
