Free Food Day
One perk of being a college student: free food. The problem is, there is no more free food once you graduate. Or so I thought. However, today is National Slurp-Day AND also Cow Appreciation Day. Let me explain. There are free [7.11 ounce] Slurpees at [participating] 7-Eleven stores, and free food at Chick-Fil-A restaurants. The catch? The Slurpees are only available as long as they have enough “Birthday” cups, and the Chick-Fil-A food is only given out to those who show up dressed like a cow. Complete cow costume = full meal. Partial cow costume = free entree. Personally, I have a cow head hat that I’m going to wear to the Chick-Fil-A in the mall this afternoon and I’m going to hunt for a 7-Eleven ASAP.
